We respectfully ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. We want to ensure you are able to enjoy every minute of your scheduled service, and also want to ensure that the client who is scheduled after you has the some opportunity. We fully understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate our clients in emergencies. However, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee an extension of your scheduled appointment time in order to be fair to everyone.
A valid credit card is required when scheduling all appointments for first time clients. You have the option to pay in any of our accepted methods of payment upon the conclusion of your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we require that you inform The Amadeus Center at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your service time, because your time slot is reserved specifically for you. Failure to give 24 hour notice for a cancelation will result in your card being charged for the missed appointment.
Your personal information is securely recorded. No information is shared with any 3rd party for any reason, except in the case of required information released to your insurance provider. Your trust in us is respected and guarded.
Due to the steady rotation of clientele in our wellness center, we ask you please be mindful of fragrances – excessive perfume/cologne/hair sprays etc. as they may be distracting to massage therapists or other clients.
For your convenience, gift certificates can be purchased in the wellness center during our regularly scheduled business hours or directly from our website www.amadeuscenter.com. We believe you are very fortunate to be in possession of a gift certificate to our wellness center, therefore we are unable to grant refunds of gift certificate purchases. You are more than welcome to pass on your good fortune on to another special person. Please contact us and let us know who the lucky recipient is. In other words, our Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable.
At Amadeus Natural Health Services, we believe a gratuity should reflect our client’s satisfaction with the service Amadeus Natural Health provides, thus we do not include tips in our standard fee schedule. While gratuity is never expected from our clients, it is always greatly appreciated.
